Trace Adkins Announces 2014 Tour Dates

After a rocky start earlier this year, Trace Adkins is ready to straighten out his career and get back on the road.

The “Honky Tonk Badonkadonk” singer announced he will embark on a 2014 concert tour, supported by his six-piece band the Sarepta Gentleman’s Club. The first show takes place June 5 in Sayreville, N.J., and the string of U.S. shows lasts all summer long, winding down in Rohnert Park, Calif. on Sept. 26. See all cities and dates below.

“I’m excited, recharged and ready to get back on the road,” Adkins said in a press statement. “I owe a debt of gratitude to everyone for the outpouring of encouragement and support over the past few months. It’s hard to put into words how much comfort you take from hearing ‘We’ve got your back.’ So these shows are for you guys – thanks.”

Watch the Eli Young Band’s new ‘Dust’ Video

Today the Eli Young Band released the new music video for their single “Dust.”

The song is the second single from the band’s recently released album 10,000 Towns.

“I remember we just started with the word ‘dust,’ we wanted to do something with that,” bassist Jon Jones told about writing the song. “All four of us in the band have wives who come from very small towns. And I was thinking of my wife, who I feel was always meant to live in a big city. And she always felt that way growing up. So I just had her in my mind — it’s not exactly a love song for her, but she was definitely on my mind when we wrote that song.”
